🌿 Care Tips for Tomato Plants
- Choose a sunny, sheltered spot with at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily.
- Enrich the soil with compost or well-rotted manure before planting.
- Water deeply and consistently; avoid wetting leaves to prevent blight.
- Feed weekly with a liquid fertiliser once flowers appear.
- Pinch out side shoots on tall-growing (indeterminate) varieties to direct energy into fruit.
- Stake or cage plants early to prevent damage later.
- Harvest fruit as it ripens to encourage continuous cropping.
