A delightful collarette-style dahlia with star-shaped blooms in soft pink, cream and raspberry tones surrounding a warm golden centre. ‘Fancy Pants’ brings a light, cheerful feel to the garden and is a favourite for pollinators as well as cut flowers.

Unlike many large decorative dahlias, Fancy Pants has a relaxed cottage-garden character that mixes beautifully with perennials and grasses. The flowers continue from mid-summer until the first frosts with regular picking or deadheading.

This listing is for one field-grown tuber clump, freshly divided from plants grown here at Oasis Cottage in Oxford, Canterbury.

What you’ll receive

  • One healthy dahlia tuber clump
  • Clearly labelled variety
  • Ready for planting or dividing further if desired

Please note that clumps vary naturally in size and shape. The photos show examples of the type of clump you will receive.

"Fancy Pants is one of those dahlias that always makes visitors stop for a closer look. Its unusual starry blooms dance above the foliage and pair beautifully with salvias, gaura and ornamental grasses. I particularly like using it in relaxed cottage-style bouquets where its distinctive form adds movement and personality."
